A chunky red lentil dahl with pieces of potato and tomato, mildly spiced with fresh red chilli, garlic, cumin, ginger, turmeric and finished with fresh coriander. Our dahl is served with fragrant Persian saffron rice - or as part of our vegan feast with two stews and two different types of rice.
